EQ GLOBAL has recently completed development of Plasma Abatement System (PAS) for global warming gas emission reduction and process by-product treatment. EQ GLOBAL Plasma Abatement System (PAS) has several advantages such as 1) Vacuum Pump MTBF (mean time between failure; life time) extension, 2) Environment Friendly Exhaust, 3) Safety, 4) Process Particle Control. Vacuum Pump MTBF extension is achieved through plasma treatment of process by-product resulting less powder built up inside pump. Semiconductor manufacturing processes use many kinds of toxic and environment hazardous materials. EQ GLOBAL Plasma Abatement System (PAS) has capability of dissociating such materials into safe elements and exhausts out safely. EQ GLOBAL Plasma Abatement System (PAS) is equipped with leading RF plasma control technology for the most effective green house emission reduction as well. EQ GLOBAL is operating repair shop with highly qualified engineering team and equipped with supporting equipment such as RF Generator Test Bench, RF Match Test Bench, Microwave Test Bench, RPS (Remote Plasma Source) Test Bench for RF products repair, and Advantest, Teradyne, Yokogawa for semiconductor back-end equipment repair.
